The client chose ESOX based on references, and in June 2011, construction manager Tomáš Tschöpel led the team to commence work on the project, designed by architects Kareš and Rais. Despite the challenges of the location between densely built-up housing estates Starý Lískovec and Kamenný vrch on Chironova Street, the construction was completed on schedule.
The two-storey reinforced concrete skeleton with linings is complemented by outdoor playgrounds and paved areas, contributing to a total complex area of over 10,000 m². Access to public transport and 100 free parking spaces make Fit4All easily accessible for those looking to work out or relax.
